Hi, my name is Luciano Fischer, and I work for NMT Namibia, based in Southern Africa. I’ve had the privilege of being with NMT for the past five years. I am incredibly fortunate to be part of this organisation, as it has given me not only the opportunity to learn and grow as an individual but also to be a part of a global family. From the moment I stepped into the NMT office, I felt welcomed, supported, and valued.

Let me share a bit of my journey: I was hired in 2020, right when COVID-19 began to impact the world. It was a challenging time, yet NMT saw potential in me and gave me the platform to be part of something bigger than just a job. Since then, I’ve cherished every moment and been excited about the growth I’ve experienced, both personally and professionally.

NMT truly stands out for its commitment to employee development and fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture. Whether it’s through mentorship, training opportunities, or the incredible teamwork across departments, I’ve always felt encouraged to reach my full potential. Joining NMT was one of the best decisions I’ve made, and I can’t wait to see where the next chapter takes me.
