I have been working at NMT for nine years. Looking back on this period, every day seems vividly clear in my mind. I recall when I graduated from university, I was filled with confusion and anticipation about the future. By chance, I stepped into the doors of NMT. Back then, I was naive and inexperienced, filled with curiosity and high expectations about the workplace.

When I first joined NMT, NMT China was just a small representative office. The office space was not spacious, with just a small team, but it was full of vitality and energy. Despite the busy work, everyone was well-organised

As time went by, NMT China grew like a young seedling, thriving through the ups and downs of the market. From a simple business layout to gradually expanding business areas, the staff became more professional and specialised. NMT China was growing step by step, and its influence in the industry was increasing day by day.

During these nine years of work, I have learned a lot of knowledge and skills. From the most basic financial processes to later taking over human resources work. I believe that hard work always pays off. Every step and every challenge has become the ladder of my growth. I have grown a lot. Not only have I made a qualitative leap in professional ability, but I have also accumulated rich experience in interpersonal skills and teamwork.

During this process, both my superiors and colleagues have given me great support and help. I am sincerely grateful to my two superiors, the former general manager, Tom and the current general manager, Darren. They are undoubtedly my role models. Especially from the current general manager, I have learned a lot of knowledge and experience from him. He often discusses the future development plans with everyone, whether at the company level or for personal growth. He firmly believes that everyone has unique strengths, and if they are willing to explore new fields, he is also willing to share his valuable experience.

In daily work, whenever there is a problem, everyone will quickly gather, express their opinions, and discuss solutions together. We analyse the problem from different angles, combining our professional knowledge and experience, and propose practical solutions. This atmosphere of unity and collaboration, working together to overcome difficulties, has made me deeply feel the power of the team.

These nine years have been nine years of hard work for me at NMT, and also nine years of witnessing the continuous development and progress of NMT China. I really love NMT!
